Saturday, May 10 – The Craighead House and Gardens Tour
The Craighead House and Gardens

Nashville Rose Society members are invited to join host Steve Sirls for a members-only event on Saturday, May 10, for an awe-inspiring visit to The Craighead House and Gardens located in the historic Richland-West End Historic District of Nashville.

Learn the fascinating history of the 200-year-old house and the evolution of its lush gardens and grounds. When landscape designer Steve Sirls and Allen DeCuyper purchased the Craighead House in 1998, it was already on the National Register of Historic Places but had been terribly neglected.

Steve and Allen have worked tirelessly over the past 25 years to restore the house and gardens, and to preserve its beauty and provenance. Its steadfast endurance has brought many accolades, including the prestigious honor of being showcased in the Smithsonian Institute’s The Garden Club of America Collection.

Members Only – RSVP REQUIRED – Details are included in this month’s RoseLeaf.
